Lift Life Massage Therapy was born out of personal frustration—and a deep desire to do it better.
As a professional bodybuilder, I’ve had my fair share of massages. Most of them left me disappointed. The pressure was too light, the techniques too generic, and therapists often missed the areas I needed most. Many followed a rigid tempo and had asymmetrical routines that left me feeling imbalanced. What I needed was real bodywork—intuitive, focused, and effective. But I could never find it.
So, I decided to become the therapist I was always searching for.
With over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer, I’ve always had a passion for helping people move, feel, and perform better. Massage therapy was a natural next step—it gives instant results, and I knew I could deliver the kind of care that truly makes a difference.
I believe in the power of massage. Whether it’s relieving chronic pain, speeding up recovery, or simply giving someone a moment of peace, this work changes lives. And I love being a part of that change.
